My name is Valdek Kozak. I would like to invite you to visit my parents’ Assisted Living Home near San Diego CA. My parents just finished renovating and upgrading a quiet-neighborhood house making it a state of the art care facility accommodating up to six people. The house is wheelchair accessible, and it features fully furnished suites with individual bathrooms, large common areas and a great patio overlooking a serene yard.

But the reason I am writing to you is not the number of bedrooms or the square footage of the house. Instead, I want to give you an opportunity to go and meet my parents. Meet them; and see how much heart they put into creating a home for others. The idea of my family owning an Assisted Living Home came from our wanting to care for my grandma. She has dedicated most of her life to raising her children and grandchildren, caring for them and attending to their every need. I know that everything my parents do and the care they provide to their guests is the expression of their gratitude for her love and hard work. Their love and dedication is inspiring.
